Universal Obligation as a Necessary Attribute of a Moral System

For a proposed moral system to rise above mere recommendation, it must successfully argue for universal obligation. In particular, the argument must explain how others are involuntarily obligated to participate in the proposed system of morality. In the 5 years I’ve been evaluating various proposed moral systems, I have yet to find a proposed system of morality that successfully argues for this universal obligation that would legitimately elevate the system above mere recommendation to the level of a true moral system. If you have an argument for universal obligation that would legitimize a particular moral system, feel free to rigorously outline that in a comment below.
